Information notice pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. no. 2016/679
European Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter the "Privacy Regulation or EU Regulation") and Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, the "Personal Data Protection Code" (hereinafter the "Code"), provide for the right to the protection of personal data and guarantee that such data is processed in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular regard to confidentiality and security, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data.
"Processing" of personal data means, pursuant to Art. 4(1)(2) of the Privacy Regulation, any operation or set of operations performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

PROVIDES NOTICE
To the user/visitor of the website, hereinafter referred to as the Data Subject, that in relation to the use of the website www.elicayachts.it (the "Site") and any submission of their personal and contact data through forms present on it, the transmitted data will be processed in accordance with the following information notice:
1. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
While browsing the Site, the Controller may acquire information about the Data Subject in the following ways:
a) Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
b) Data provided by the visitor/user
This includes all personal data provided by the visitor through the Site: by filling in the contact form provided therein and/or by phoning/sending e-mails to the contact details indicated by the Controller in the "contacts" area and/or by filling in the form to apply for job positions.
2. PURPOSES AND METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing of personal data, collected through the Site and provided by the Data Subject voluntarily and in connection with this information notice, will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency.
a) Basic purposes:
- to provide Data Subjects with the features and information available on the Site;
- to provide Data Subjects with support and information on the Controller's services;
- to keep the information within the company's archives up to date;
- to give Data Subjects the opportunity to apply for the "open positions" within the company.
b) Additional purposes – marketing:
The collected data may also be processed by the company, subject to the explicit and free consent of the Data Subject, for marketing and profiling purposes.
3. MANDATORY AND OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVIDING DATA
Providing data for the basic purposes is mandatory for the proper functioning of the Site. Providing data for marketing purposes is entirely voluntary and not mandatory.
4. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected may be communicated to consultants, suppliers, and any other parties to whom current legal and/or contractual regulations impose an obligation of communication. The personal data collected will not be disseminated, unless required by a law or regulation or by EU legislation.
